Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

  • At Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must remain unused, unopened, and in original condition for any eligible request.

2. Important Note

  • Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused after successful delivery.
  • Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange.
  • Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide a compulsory unboxing video for verification.
  • Products should not be used, tampered with, or damaged by mishandling.
  • Once approved, exchange processing may take 7–21 business days.

4. Exchange Eligibility

  • The product was received in damaged condition.
  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Verification is successfully completed by our team.
  • Dunamiss reserves the right to approve or reject exchange/refund requests.

5. Return Policy

  • All products are non-refundable unless:
  • The item is physically damaged upon arrival.
  • The order has missing parts or accessories.
  • The product remains unopened and unused.
  • Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

6. International Orders

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • In special cases, customers may arrange return shipping within India for unused or transit-damaged products.
  • International exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
