Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

At Dunamiss, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

2. Important Note

  • Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

3. Exchanges

  • If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Exchange Requests Will Be Considered Only If

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • A compulsory unboxing video is submitted for verification.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product has not been used or tampered with.
  • Verification is completed by Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd.
  • Damage due to mishandling will not be covered.

Once approved, the exchange process will take 7–21 business days. Dunamiss reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange/refund requests.

5. Return Policy

  • All products are non-refundable, unless:
    • Received in physically damaged condition.
    • Delivered with missing parts or accessories.
    • Product is unopened and unused.
  • Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

6. International Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently do not accept returns/exchanges for international orders.
  • In special cases, if the customer arranges return delivery of unused/transit-damaged items within India, we may facilitate an exchange within 45 days.
  • International shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
