Return and Exchange Policy

At Dunamiss, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, due to the recent pandemic and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept the return or exchange of opened or damaged products once sold or delivered.

Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt Ltd. is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged product at the time of delivery, we will gladly exchange it. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at:

Exchange Requests Will Be Considered Only If:

- The product received is in damaged condition and is subject to the following terms:
- A compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
- Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery; failure to do so will result in claim rejection.
- Exchange requests will be subject to verification by Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt Ltd.
- Damages due to user mishandling will not be covered under this policy.

Once your return request has been accepted, the processing time will take between 7 to 21 business days. Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt Ltd. reserves all rights regarding replacements, returns, and refunds.

Return Policy

All products purchased are non-refundable. However, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:

- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- Has missing parts or accessories.
- Is unopened and untampered.

Returns/Exchanges Outside India

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

In exceptional cases, after contacting our customer care team, if a customer can facilitate the return of unused or transit-damaged products in India, we can arrange for an exchange within 45 days from the merchandise delivery. Shipping charges may apply if exchanged merchandise requires international shipping.
