Return & Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
- At Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products must remain unused, unopened, and in original condition for any eligible request.
2. Important Note
- Dunamiss Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused after successful delivery.
- Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
3. Exchange Policy
- If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange.
- Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide a compulsory unboxing video for verification.
- Products should not be used, tampered with, or damaged by mishandling.
- Once approved, exchange processing may take 7β21 business days.
4. Exchange Eligibility
- The product was received in damaged condition.
- The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Verification is successfully completed by our team.
- Dunamiss reserves the right to approve or reject exchange/refund requests.
5. Return Policy
- All products are non-refundable unless:
- The item is physically damaged upon arrival.
- The order has missing parts or accessories.
- The product remains unopened and unused.
- Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
6. International Orders
- We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- In special cases, customers may arrange return shipping within India for unused or transit-damaged products.
- International exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
