Exchange Policy

Received a damaged or incorrect product? We'll gladly help.
Report your request within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Products must be unused and untampered with.
Approved exchanges are processed within 7–21 business days.
Exchange Eligibility

Your request is eligible if:

The product arrived damaged or incorrect.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our quality team successfully verifies your request.

Returns are accepted only if:

The product arrived damaged.
Items are missing from your order.
The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Return requests are raised within 7 days of delivery.
International Orders
Returns and exchanges are currently unavailable for international orders.
In exceptional cases, unused or transit-damaged products may be reviewed individually.
Any international return or exchange shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
