Shipping and Delivery Policy |
1. Ordering Policy |
i) When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www.dunamiss.in for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.
ii) Your contract for purchases made through www.dunamiss.in is with Dunamiss, and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
iii) All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Dunamiss.
iv) The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, vouchers, and codes may not be used on sale products or in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
v) By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Dunamiss to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment will be debited to the Net Banking/Debit/Credit card used.
vi) You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment for the products you have ordered.
vii) Where a Gift Card/E-Voucher has been used as payment, the balance will be debited at the point of order placement.
viii) If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfill your order from the store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfillment has not been possible.
ix) We are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of dispatch. Should you wish to make any changes prior to dispatch, please contact our Customer Services team at cosmeticsdunamiss@gmail.com.
2. Shipping Charges |
- All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India will incur a shipping charge of ₹49.
- Prepaid orders will be shipped free of charge and will include a complimentary potli bag.
3. Delivery Timeframe |
- All delivery timeframes stated are estimated and may be subject to change. While we will strive to dispatch products as soon as possible, in unusual circumstances, the delivery of the products may take up to approximately 15 days as per local guidelines.
4. Condition of Delivered Products |
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package and write to us at cosmeticsdunamiss@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
5. Reporting Discrepancies |
For any divergence or discrepancy in order delivery, please contact us at cosmeticsdunamiss@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of receipt of delivery; failing to do so will result in the claim not being accepted.
6. Invoice Information |
Please note that all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
