1. Ordering Policy

• You agree that all details provided to www.dunamiss.in are accurate and complete.
• Your purchases are solely for personal use, not for resale.
• All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Dunamiss.
• Prices, availability, and offers may change without prior notice.
• By ordering, you offer to purchase the product and agree to the charges.
• You confirm your payment method is valid and funded.
• Gift Cards/E-Vouchers are charged at order time.
• If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified. For changes before dispatch, email us at care@dunamiss.in.

2. Shipping Charges

• COD Orders: ₹49 shipping fee across India.
• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping + a complimentary potli bag.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Delivery time is estimated and may vary.
• Under rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 15 days.

4. Condition of Delivered Products

• If packaging is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and email us at care@dunamiss.in.
• We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

5. Reporting Discrepancies

• Report any delivery issue within 2 days of receiving the order.
• Claims after that period may not be accepted.

6. Invoice Information

• All shipments include an invoice with price, in accordance with Indian Tax Regulations.
