Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Ordering Policy

  • When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www.dunamiss.in for purchasing goods are accurate and complete.
  • Your contract for purchases made through www.dunamiss.in is with Dunamiss. You confirm that all goods ordered are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Dunamiss.
  • The price and availability of goods may change without notice. Offers, vouchers, and codes may not be used on sale products or combined with other offers unless stated.
  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the goods as described, and your payment will be debited accordingly.
  • You certify that the payment method used is your own and has sufficient funds to cover the order.
  • For Gift Cards/E-Vouchers, the balance will be debited at the point of order placement.
  • If any product is unavailable, we will contact you via email and attempt to fulfill your order or cancel it if necessary.
  • Amendments cannot be made after dispatch. For changes before dispatch, contact Customer Service at care@dunamiss.in

2. Shipping Charges

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India will incur a shipping charge of **₹49**.
  • Prepaid orders will be shipped free of charge and will include a **complimentary potli bag**.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery timeframes are **estimated** and may be subject to change.
  • While we strive for fast dispatch, unusual circumstances may delay delivery up to **15 days** as per local guidelines.

4. Condition of Delivered Products

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged, **refuse delivery** and contact us at care@dunamiss.in with your order reference.
  • We will ensure a **replacement delivery** at the earliest.

5. Reporting Discrepancies

  • For any discrepancies in order delivery, contact us at care@dunamiss.in within **2 days** of receiving the order.
  • Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the claim **not being accepted**.

6. Invoice Information

  • All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per **Indian Tax Regulations**.
